NO AS IS USE explained below

You = first party
Your customer = Second party
Your customer's customer = Third Party
Their (their being your customer) customer's customer = Fourth party
Their customer's customer's customers = Fifth party
And so forth

With that said...

Nothing you make/create from tubes or lineart or bases (or anything from my site and subdomains: alskas-abode.com) can be sold, resold, traded, shared, given away, gifted, or put in to a members area for third party use. This includes a re-color licence, as they are third party use. There are two exceptions for third party use: *One being that you (the first party) purchased the right to tube my lineart pack, which would mean your customer (second party) can buy the tubes (or if you placed them in your members area, it would be your members - your members than would be the second party) and make END USE graphics only. This means they can make say a siggy and sell it to other (third party) for personal use only. There cannot be a fourth party! It ends there on the third party person. This means that they cannot make say a siggy and sell it to another person that can put it in their members area for others to request it. *Second one would be adoptions. Adoptions are sold to one person (second party) and then it's retired (removed from the creators site). That one person (second party) that purchases it may put it in their members area (usally an adoption shop) so their members (third party) can adoption them to display on thier (third party) site. There should never be a fourth party! The adoption is only sold once, to one person (the second party, you are the first party). Any other use would be as is use!

*Also: Please. No selling/reselling, trading, sharing, giving away, gifted, or placing it/them in a members area "anything from alskas-abode.com" in it's original form! Nothing may be used like this. Not even if you change the file name. Not even if you take away from the file or add to the file. Not even if you change the file name, format or extension. File meaning pack of tubes, sheet of tubes, pack of lineart, sheet of lineart, or in a single form as 1 tube or 1 lineart or 1 siggy. You may not do this even if you purchased it/them with money, or if you downloaded it/them from my members area or if they were gifted o you. No matter how you got it/them YOU CANNOT do it. This means say you purchased a lineart pack from me or downloaded some tubes from my members area, you may not put them in your members area for your members to use them. Nor may you resell them whatsoever. This goes for anything on my site, it doesn't matter what it is or how you got it.

Before you get upset because I do not allow the use of my things to be used this way, there is a reason, well two reasons. Firstly I don not like AS IS use. I never did, I never will! But most importantly MY MEMBERSHIPS do not allow it! I DO NOT HAVE AS IS LICENCES FROM ANY OF MY MEMBERSHIPS! So breaking these terms of use from my site is breaking my memberships terms of use as well!
