All terms apply for past, present and future use.

Please know I am not responsible for anything that is double ordered.

I hold all orders for a max of 5 days and then they are deleted from my PC. This means I cannot resend siggies unless it/they are resent within those 5 days after the delivery date. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours after payment is complete please contact me! I am fast with orders, usally send the same day of ordering (after payment is complete). I only say 24 hours because of the different time zones. I will never request money until I am ready to do your order. Meaning I will not send a money request and 2 or 3 days later delivery your order. Thats not fair to you. So please please contacted me if you do not get your order with 24 hours after payment is complete.

Working Days/Hours: Monday through Saturday - 7am to 2pm PT - All orders after 2pm will be filled the next morning, unless I am not busy with family etc - Closed Sundays - All Sunday orders will be filled on Monday. Please note: Saturdays are a busy day for me, and I may not be home. I will fill your order as soon as I can, if not Saturday I will take the time to fill it on Sunday morning.

No trades. I'm sorry but I don't do trades.

No donations. I'm sorry but please do not email me and ask to donate for your raffle or birthday bash or for whatever reason you need donations for. There are a certain few people that I will not sell to and I can't take the chance of them winning the donated items. I hope you understand.

No refunds after delivery! If by chance I make a mistake (and I have lol), I will fix it. But I am not responsible for mistakes on your end. If by chance I send you the wrong sig that you didn't order .. of course I'll get I will send you the right one as soon as you let me know, but by all means keep the wrong one I sent and use it lol! :oP

Nothing may be used on any social networking site such as Live Journal and My Space. Your friends/customers may not use them on such sites either. Please make it known when using things created from my site that they may not use them on social sites. I do however allow things to be used on Facebook from time to time depending on what it is used for. Please contact me and let me know what it is going to be used for on Facebook and I just may allow it.

Siggy Terms

All siggies come as shown with exception of hair color choice when available. I don't do custom orders simply because I don't know how they will turn out. Also note there are no eye color choices as sometimes I use bases that I am not allowed to edit.

Please do not open any of my siggies in any graphics editor. This means:

No editing AT ALL, No tracing, No copying etc.

You may NOT share your siggy with anyone at all!

You may not use your siggy for printing!

You may not use your siggy in any kind of tutorial/tut.

There are no refunds whatsoever after delivery.

You may order siggies for friends, but they must abide my terms and must link to my site for credit.

Premade Adoptions

NO WEBSITE - NO SALE!

All Premade adoptions are first come first served .. As long as your site meets my basic terms:

1.) You must has a well established Adoption Shop. A "one page of adoptions" will not work.

2.) I must NOT find: hate, abuse or hurt in anyway.

3.) You must be giving credit where credit is due.

4.) And last, but not least: NO COPYRIGHT NO NOS!

If you Adoption Shop is behind a password gate I would like to see what's inside before and after your purchase. So I ask for my own login, please.

You must put your purchased adoption on your site in a timely manner, or I will resale it !

All Adoptions Certificates must be linked with a clickable link (active/hyper link) back to: http://alskas-abode.com either right beside the adoption or right under the adoption. You may not link them on the bottom of the page, nor link them from a page of credits.

You are not to edit your purchased adoption unless I state you can add names to it.

No tracing, No copying, etc.

Adoptions are not to be used for printing!

You may not resale your adoption!

You may not use your premade adoption in any kind of tutorial/tut.

There are no refunds whatsoever after delivery.

Lineart (Including bases) Terms

My outlines are fully and wholly copyrighted to me. I am the sole copyright owner of all lineart. I didn't use anything as a guide in creating them, therefore they are mine, and not public domain.

My linearts are for the purchaser only! They may not be shared with another person, even if you share your site with another person.

If selling or transfering your site to a new owner ALL things made with my lineart must be removed.

My lineart ISN'T transeferable to another person!

Please link back to: http://alskas-abode.com with the given banner on every page you are using my lineart on, with an active link.

If you make email stationery with my lineart please give credit with a clickable link back to me http://alskas-abode.com somewhere on it.

You may not share my lineart "as is" in any way, shape or form, weather freely or profit.

You may not give my lineart to anyone whatsoever to color them for you. YOU must color them yourself!

You may not give my lineart that you colored to someone so they can make something for you.

You may not create tubes with my lineart unless the pack is offered with a tube licence and you purchase the tube licence. You may not offer tubes from my lineart with a recolor licence (this is third party use, which IS a no no!)

You may not create blank siggies or blank premades, clip art, blank blog cards, tubes, filters, vectors, props, clipart, etc, nor anything that others can create with.

Before you are allowed to share your results in any way from my lineart; they must be fully colored, fully shaded, and fully detailed, and added to - before you are allowed to share them in anyway. Please do not take one lineart and color it in and add a name or a word or blinkie blocks and call it done. Be creative!

You may not use my lineart to make your own lineart, nor may you use my lineart as a guide in creating your own lineart.

You may not take picecs and parts of my lineart and put them together with someone elses or your own lineart to create new lineart, not even if the linearts are colored in.

You may not use my lineart in any kind of tutorials, put yes carla in the comments area so I know you have read my terms thus far.

Anything you create from my lineart are not to be printed or used for offline use in any way shape or form.

You may make minor (but no major) edits to my lineart, but no matter of the changes they are still copyright to me and still must abid all meantioned terms.

You may not use my lineart in any kind of tutorial/tut.

You may not use my lineart (even if colored) in any drag and drops.

Quick Tag/Pixel Tagger Users: Siggies/Tags made from my lineart must be behind a secured password protected area.

You may not use my lineart, even if colored and made into something on Live Journal or MySpace.

You may use my lineart for personal use, and if abiding all terms said they may be used for profit as well.

Tube (Including bases) Terms

You may use them for personal or for profit use in making complete sigtags, premade adoptions, websets, page sets, email stationery.

My tubes are for the purchaser only! They may not be shared with another person, even if you share your site with another person.

If selling or transfering your site to a new owner ALL things made with my tubes must be removed.

My tubes AREN'T transeferable to another person!

You may not give my tubes to someone else to create something for you.

You must add more to them than just text or blinkie blocks, please make a full scene with them. Be creative!

You may not share them in any way as is. Nor are you allowed to make creations that others can take and create with. Examples (yet not limited to): Blank siggies or blank premades, clip art, blank blog cards, filters, vectors, props etc

You may not edit their colors, nor resize them.

You must use the clothing and hair styles given with the bases that ARE NOT my original creations. You may not create your own clothes or hair styles for them. Tube packs that include my original bases will be marked "original" so you know.

Clothing, Hair or any anything extra with bases I've colored whether they are doll or animal ones must only be used on mine, and no one elses. This means you may not take a hair tube of mine and place it on someone elses base. You may not take a dress of mine and place it on someone elses. You may mix and match piceces from my tubes. This means if a dress of mine fits on another base of mine you may use it like that. As long as it's mine and no one elses. All other tubes of course can be mixed and matched with others tubes or tubes you've colored!

You may mirror their poses. You may edit them for animations (as so: blinking eyes etc) . But you are not to make new poses with them. Nor may you take pieces and parts of mine to create new graphics. This means you may not take a head, arm etc and put it on something else to create a new doll/animal.

You may not use my tubes in any kind of tutorial/tut.

You may not use my tubes, even if you make something from them on Live Journal or MySpace.

You may not use my tubes in any drag and drops.

Sliced Layout Terms

You are not to use my layouts unless you purchase them. They are not free!

You may use my sliced layouts on your personal or commercial site.

DO NOT RESELL my sliced layouts! My layouts aren't to be used for anything AS IS, nor for third party use.

You are not to use my sliced layouts whatsoever to gain profit! No way no how!

If selling or transfering your site to another person - my layout must be removed!

My my layouts AREN'T transeferable to another person!

Please do not use any of my layouts in MSN groups or any of the alike. Nor on ebay or anything like that.

Please do not remove my credit link. Any links back to: http://alskas-abode.com must stay active! This includes the note inside the code! Don't remove either.

Please do not edit my coding for the layout itself. You may add page effects or details such as: page floaties, status bar stuff etc Things like that. But don't edit the "slicing" It will mess it up and won't look right.

Unless otherwise noted on the layout; do not edit the layout images. Do not edit them to make other images or banners or tubes or other things for the layout or anything else.

My layouts must not be used for priting!
