Terms of Use

Firstly, do not skip my application for applying to join by going straight to the sign up page. I will not refund your money if you do!

My terms are not up for negotiating nor compromising. They are flat and firm and will not be changed for any person.

All terms apply for past, present and future use.

All tubes are for ONLINE USE ONLY. Nothing may be used OFFLINE. Example but not limited to: Zazzle, Cafepress, scrapbooking, things printed such as cross stitch patterns, bookmarks, labels, gift tags, candybar wrappers. etc

Nothing may be used on any social networking site such as Live Journal and My Space. Your friends/customers may not use them on such sites either. Please make it known when using things created from my site that they may not use them on social sites. I do however allow things to be used on Facebook from time to time depending on what it is used for. Please contact me and let me know what it is going to be used for on Facebook and I just may allow it.

Membership Fee is good for 1 person ONLY.

Never share/give/sell/trade your login information to anyone, not even if they tell you they are a member.

Never share/give/sell/trade my tubes with anyone, not even if they tell you they are a member.

All my tubes are for END USE ONLY - NO as is use, please. *No as is use EXPLAINED HERE <-click to read, please)*

All my tubes are for online use only. No offline use, please.

If selling or transfering your site to another person, all things made from my tubes must be removed before selling or transfering.

My tubes may not be given to someone else to make something for you.

You may not edit and/or modify my tubes in anyway. If there is something special you want, contact me. I'll seewhat I can do.

Clothing, Hair or any anything extra with bases I've colored whether they are doll or animal ones must only be used on mine, and no one elses. This means you may not take a hair tube of mine and place it on someone elses base. You may not take a dress of mine and place it on someone elses. You may mix and match piceces from my tubes. This means if a dress of mine fits on another base of mine you may use it like that. As long as it's mine and no one elses.

All other tubes of course can be mixed and matched with others tubes or tubes you've colored! Please note: my tubes are not to be used with tubes from Korean sites such as SayClub and CandyBar. Nor can my tubes be used with "free pixels". Their graphics are copyright and should not be used in ANYONES creations weather it's free or paid.

Please make something complete from my tubes. Adding just text or blinkie blocks to my tubes isn't enough. Please make them into a scene, adding your own touch. Be creative!

You may not make anything that someone else can take and create with, nor may you make blank siggies, cards or anything of the alike (remember, end use only).

You may not use my tubes in any kind of tutorial/tut.

My tubes may not be used in drag and drops, blinkie makers, doll makers, or anything of the alike.

My tubes may be used with the quick tag and pixel tagger scripts as long as they are behind a password gate (members area: free or paid).

If making email stationary, please credit me for my tubes at the bottom of the stationaries with an active link.

My logo must be added to your site (a membership page) within 5 days of your join date. An active link is fine to use instead of the my logo. Logo/Link must be linked to my main page http://alskas-abode.com ONLY. No other page please. Your account will be disableed till you add one or the other.

You must have a personal website with content to join (eg: no livejournal, myspace, blogspot, community, group, forum, or anything of the alike). No personal website, no membership (unless I personally know you).

Your site must be in english or a way to translate it. I'm so sorry but it's the only language I can read.

Please do not use my tubes or make anything from my tubes for Live Journal, or Mypace or any social site of the alike. Your friends/customers may not use them either on such sites. They are too easily snagged on those type of sites.

By abiding all terms meantioned above, you may use my tubes for profit.

I have the right to refuse your membership for my own personal reasons.

By not abiding my terms of use your membership will be removed without refund and may not use what you have downloaded nor what you have made from my tubes. My terms are pretty simple, so please abide them.

I have a right to add to these terms at any time I feel fit and without notice (most likely I will announce changes).

No refunds after login is sent.

No trades - No donations.
